Lasts the Term- up to 20-years. not 5!
Most roof treatments quietly assume you’ll be back in a few years. Many soy and bio-oil products restore the oils aging shingles lose, then fade, so a longer life only comes from paying to reapply again and again. GoNano’s structural roof rejuvenation is built the other way: oil replenishment plus nano-penetrating reinforcement that bonds with the shingle at the molecular level, engineered to carry its full warranty from a single application. A full Fortify treatment is warrantied up to 20 years, NuRoof Revive up to 12, and NuRoof Boost up to 10. Compare longevity per application, not on a brochure headline. A five-year product reapplied three times is not the same as one twenty-year treatment.
The term only matters if the warranty behind it holds. GoNano’s is “up to” the stated length, 100% non-prorated on the full treatment so coverage does not shrink year over year, and transferable to the next homeowner when a Certified GoNano Contractor installs it. How much of that term you actually get depends on roof condition at treatment, which system is matched to the roof, climate, and whether it’s a full treatment or a single pass. A roof treated while it is aging but still sound gets the most. Waiting until shingles are brittle limits what any treatment can do.
Within the warranty window there is no re-dose schedule. After the term, the roof can be reassessed, but the point of the system is that you are not planning another treatment every few years to keep protection in place. The evidence is performance, not a marketing estimate: in testing at Green Center (now Impact Chemistry), a 15-year-old roof treated with NuRoof Revive outperformed a roof with brand-new shingles, and the system carries more than $1 million in independent testing, including UL 2218 Class 4 impact, ASTM D3161 Class F wind (to 110 mph), and UL 790 Class A fire. Ask how long it lasts per application, and whether the term is non-prorated and transferable. By that measure, GoNano delivers up to 20 years from one application, in writing.
